Our company successfully held its Annual Performance Review Meeting for the Fiscal Year 2024/25, a pivotal event to reflect on achievements, address challenges, and set strategic priorities for the upcoming fiscal year. Under the theme “Overcoming the Challenges, Redefining the Future!”, the meeting brought together Executive Management, Department Heads, Branch Managers, and Supervisors for a day of insightful dialogue and forward-looking strategy.
Board Chairman Mr. Taddesse Gemeda praised the exceptional performance of the past year and emphasized the Board’s continued commitment to strategic leadership and sustainable growth. He also expressed deep appreciation for the dedication of Executive Management and staff.
