አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ በተጠናቀቀው በጀት ዓመት 2.4 ቢሊዮን ብር አረቦን በመሰብሰብ ከግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች ሁሉ ዛሬም እንደ ትላንቱ አንደኝነቱን አስመስክሯል፡፡ ኩባንያችን በበጀት ዓመቱ በጠቅላላ መድን (General Insurance) ሥራ 2 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ አረቦን ገቢ የሰበሰበ ሲሆን በዚህ ዘርፍም የ 66 በመቶ የሽያጭ ገቢ እድገት አስመዝግቧል፡፡ በሕይወት መድን (Life Assurance) ስራ ዘርፍ ከብር 275 ሚሊዮን በላይ አረቦን ገቢ በማግኘት የ47 በመቶ ዕድገት ሲያስመዘግብ በተካፉል ዘርፍ ደግሞ 40 ሚሊየን አረቦን ገቢ በማግኘት የ357 በመቶ እድገት አሳይቷል፡፡
በግል ኢንሹራንስ ዘርፍ ፈር ቀዳጅ ከሆኑት ኩባንያዎች አንዱ የሆነው አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ ከሁለት አመት በፊት አለም አቀፍ አማካሪ በሆነው ዲሎይት የአስር አመት መሪ እቅዱን አስጠንቶ ተግባር ላይ ማዋል የጀመረ ሲሆን፣ ይህም ኩባንያው በተጠናቀቀው ዓመት ላስመዘገበው ውጤት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽዖ እንዳለው ተገልጻል፡፡
በቅርቡ የድርጅት መለያ ለውጥ (Rebrand) ያደረገው አዋሸ ኢንሹራንስ በአዲስ ገፅታ እና በታደሰ ቃል ኪዳን “ከእርስዎ ጋር…” የሚል መሪ ቃል ይዞ ለደንበኞቹ ከመቼውም ጊዜ በላቀ መልኩ አጋርነቱን በማጠናከር የላቀ እርካታን ለማረጋገጥ ከደንበኞቹ ጋር ወደፊት በመገስገስ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡
ከግል ኢንሹራንስ ገበያ መሪነቱ ጎን ለጎን በኢንቨስትመንት ዘርፉ ተሳትፎውን ለማጠናከር አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ የኢንቨስትመንት አድማሱን በማጎልበት እና ተደራሽነቱን ከማስፋት አንጻር የፋይናንሻል ኩባንያዎች ማዕከል በሆነው በመሀል ሜክሲኮ አዲስ የዋና መስሪያ ቤት ሕንፃ (B+G+35) ለመገንባት እንቅስቃሴ መጀመሩ ተገልጿል፡፡
ድርጅቱ ልክ እንዳለፉት አመታት ሁሉ በኢንዱስትሪው ውስጥ በግል ኢንሹራንስ ዘርፍ ያለውን መሪነት አስጠብቆ እንዲቀጥል ከፍተኛ አስተዋፅዖ ያደረጉት በድርጅቱ ላይ እምነታቸውን በመጣል ሲገለገሉ የቆዩት ደምበኞቹን ከልብ በማመስገን ለቀጣዩ አመታትም በአዲስ ገፅታና በታደሰ ቃልኪዳን የደምበኞችን ፍላጎት ሁሉ ለማሟላት ከፍተኛ ጥረት የሚያደርግ መሆኑን ገልጿል፡፡ በተጨማሪም በዓመቱ ለተገኘው አመርቂ ውጤት የኩባንያው የሥራ መሪዎችና መላው ሠራተኞች ላደረጉት አስተዋፅዖ ከፍተኛ ምስጋና ኩባንያው አቅርቧል፡፡
አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ 28ኛ መደበኛ እና 11ኛ አስቸኳይ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን በአዲስ አበባ ሒልተን አካሄደ። በዚሁ መሰረትም በ11ኛው አስቸኳይ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ከተያዘው አጀንዳ አንዱ የማህበሩን ካፒታል ማሳደግ ሲሆን 1.2 ቢሊዮን ብር የነበረውን ካፒታል ወደ 4 ቢሊዮን ብር ለማሳደግ ጉባኤው በሙሉ ድምፅ አጽድቋል። ሰኔ 30 ቀን 2022 የኩባንያው የተከፈለ ካፒታል 956.5 ሚሊዮን ብር የደረሰ ሲሆን አጠቃላይ የኩባንያው ሀብት ከ4.1 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ደርሷል። በአሁኑ ወቅት ጥሩ ያልሆነ የኢኮኖሚ ጫና ቢኖርም ኩባንያችን አመርቂ ውጤቶችን አስመዝግቧል። በዚህም ከታክስ በኋላ 333.9 ሚሊዮን ብር የተጣራ ትርፍ አስመዝግቧል።
ድርጅታችን በመደበኛ ስራው በበጀት አመቱ ከ1.77 ቢሊዮን በላይ አረቦን ሰብስቦ የገበያ መሪነቱን በሁሉም የግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች ሰፊ ልዩነት አስመስክሯል። በጠቅላላ ኢንሹራንስ ንግድ ከ1.25 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ የአረቦን ገቢ በመሰብሰብ በዚህ ዘርፍ የ31.5 በመቶ የሽያጭ ገቢ አስመዝግቧል። የሕይወት ዋስትና ዘርፍም 510 ሚሊዮን ብር ፕሪሚየም ገቢ በማግኘት የ59 በመቶ እድገት አሳይቷል። በሁለቱም ዘርፎች ከአጠቃላይ የገቢ ዕድገት 39 በመቶው መመዝገቡ ይታወቃል። በዚህ አጠቃላይ የአረቦን ተመን፣ ድርጅታችን በተከታታይ ዓመታት በግል ኩባንያዎች መካከል ያለውን የገበያ አመራር በአስተማማኝ ሁኔታ ካረጋገጠ ከ18ቱ የግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች መካከል የመጀመሪያው ነው። ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየጨመረ የመጣውን የደንበኞች ፍላጎት ግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት፣
በሌላ በኩል አሁን ካለው የገበያ ሁኔታ ጋር ተያይዞ የኩባንያው ዓመታዊ የተጣራ የይገባኛል ጥያቄ 61.4 በመቶ መድረሱ ይታወቃል። ከህይወት ካልሆኑ ሴክተሮች (አጠቃላይ ኢንሹራንስ) የይገባኛል ጥያቄዎች ከ 524.5 ሚሊዮን ሩብ በላይ የደረሰ ሲሆን የሞተር መደብ ንግድ ብቻ ከ 387 ሚሊዮን ሩብ በላይ እንደሆነ ይታወቃል. ይህ የስራ ዘርፍ ከአጠቃላይ የስራ ዘርፎች የበለጠ የካሳ ክፍያ ያገኘ በመሆኑ ከድርጅታችን ባለፈ ለሀገራችን የኢንሹራንስ ኢንዱስትሪ ፈታኝ እና አሳሳቢ መሆኑን አመላካች ነው።
አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ በመደበኛ ሥራው ጥራትና ቅልጥፍና፣ ተደራሽነቱ፣ በሰው ኃይሉ አደረጃጀትና ቅልጥፍና የላቀ ግንባር ቀደም የግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያ መሆኑ ይታወቃል። ለዚህም አንዱ ምክንያት ጥራት ያለው የሰው ሃይል አደረጃጀት ሲሆን እስከ በጀት አመቱ መጨረሻ ድረስ የቋሚ ሰራተኞች ቁጥር 650 ሲሆን 322ቱ ሴቶች በመሆናቸው ድርጅቱ የስርዓተ ጾታ እኩልነትን ለማረጋገጥ በትኩረት እየሰራ ሲሆን በተጨማሪም በየዓመቱ የሰው ኃይሉን በማሳደግ ለዜጎች የስራ እድል ለመፍጠር የራሱን አስተዋፅኦ እያበረከተ መሆኑን አመልክቷል።
በዚሁ መረጃ መሰረትም እስከ መጨረሻው የሒሳብ ዓመት ድረስ ቁጥራቸው አንድ የሆነውን የሕይወት ዓብይ ቅርንጫፍ ጨምሮ 58 ቅርንጫፎች ደርሷል። ከእነዚህ በተጨማሪ 6 አገናኝ ቢሮዎችን ጨምሮ በአጠቃላይ 64 አገልግሎት መስጫ ቢሮዎች አሉት። የኩባንያው ፈቃድ ያላቸው የሽያጭ ወኪሎች ቁጥር 470 የደረሰ በመሆኑ ድርጅቱ አገልግሎቱን ለህብረተሰቡ ተደራሽ ለማድረግ ከፍተኛ ጥረት እያደረገ መሆኑን የሚያሳይ ነው።
ኩባንያው ከፍተኛ ኢንቨስት በማድረግ በተለያዩ የኢንቨስትመንት መስኮች ተሰማርቷል። በመሆኑም በተጠናቀቀው የሒሳብ ዓመት ብቻ ከ2.2 ቢሊዮን በላይ ኢንቨስት በማድረግ ለአገሪቱ የልማትና የዕድገት ጥረቶች አስተዋጽኦ አበርክቷል። ከዚህ በተጨማሪም ተቋማዊ ማኅበራዊ ኃላፊነቱን በአግባቡ መወጣት ከዕሴቶቹ አንዱ ያደረገው አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ በበጀት ዓመቱ ለተለያዩ መንግሥታዊና መንግስታዊ ያልሆኑ ተቋማት የብር 3.2 ሚሊዮን ድጋፍ አድርጓል።
ድርጅታችን በምስራቅ አፍሪካ ተወዳዳሪ እና ተመራጭ ለመሆን ያለውን ራዕይ መሰረት በማድረግ የ10 አመት ፍኖተ ካርታ ለውጥን AIC: Vision 2030 አጠናቅቋል። እ.ኤ.አ. ሐምሌ 1 ቀን 2021 ወደ ስራ በመግባት የመጀመርያ የስራ ጊዜያቸውን በስኬት አጠናቀዋል።ኩባንያው ቀደም ሲል ያዘጋጃቸውን ዘመናዊ የኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጂ ስርዓቶችን ለምሳሌ አጠቃላይ ኢንሹራንስ መረጃ ስርዓት (ጂአይኤስ) እና ህይወት እና ጤናን በመጠቀም ውጤታማ መሆን ችሏል። የኢንሹራንስ መረጃ ሥርዓት (ኤልኤችአይኤስ) እንዲሁም የድርጅት ሀብት ዕቅድ (ERP)። ይህም ሁሉም ዲፓርትመንቶች፣ ቅርንጫፍ ጽ/ቤቶችና ግንኙነት ቢሮዎች ለተገልጋዩ ማህበረሰብ በተቀናጀ መልኩ ቀልጣፋ አገልግሎት እንዲሰጡ አስችሏል።
ከምንም በላይ ዋናው ምስጋናና ምስጋና ድርጅቱ አሁን ለደረሰበት የዕድገትና የስኬት ደረጃ ላለፉት 27 ዓመታት በታማኝነት እና አጋርነት አብረውን የቆዩ ውድ ደንበኞቹ ናቸው። ወደፊትም አገልግሎቱን ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ በማዘመን የደንበኞችን ፍላጎት ማዕከል ባደረገ ጥናትና ምርምር በመታገዝ አዳዲስ የአገልግሎት ዓይነቶችን ለገበያ በማቅረብ ደንበኞቹን ለማገልገል በቁርጠኝነት እየሰራ ይገኛል።
ባለፉት 27 ዓመታት አዋሽ ኢንሹራንስ ለሀገራችን ልማት፣ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ማህበራዊ ልማት ስራዎች የበኩሉን አስተዋፅኦ ሲያደርግ ቆይቷል። የኢንሹራንስ ኢንዱስትሪውን ከተቀላቀሉ አንጋፋዎቹ የግል ኢንሹራንስ ኩባንያዎች መካከል አንዱ እንደመሆኑ መጠን ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየጨመረ የመጣውን የገበያ ውድድርና የደንበኞችን ፍላጎት ግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት የተለያዩ ስትራቴጂዎችን በመንደፍ አገልግሎቶቹን በማዘመን ላይ ይገኛል። ኩባንያው በውጭ አማካሪ በመታገዝ ራዕይ 2030ን የአስር አመት ፍኖተ ካርታ እና የስትራቴጂክ ትራንስፎርሜሽን እቅድ ቀርጾ ተግባራዊ በማድረግ የመጀመሪያ የስራ ዘመን ሰኔ 30 ቀን 2022 በተሳካ ሁኔታ አጠናቋል።
በዚህ ረገድ ኩባንያው አሁን ያለው የንግድ ምልክት ለረጅም ጊዜ ጥቅም ላይ የዋለ እና መለወጥ እንዳለበት ያምናል. ከኩባንያው የስትራቴጂክ እቅድ ጋር የሚጣጣም እና አለም አቀፍ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ እና ድርጅቱን በተለየ መልኩ የሚገልጽ የንግድ ምልክት እንዲሁም ድርጅቱ የደረሰበትን የእድገት ደረጃ እንደገና እንዲሰራ መግባባት ላይ ተደርሷል። እንደገና ብራንድ የተደረገ)።
ለዚህም የኩባንያችንን ድረ-ገጽ ጨምሮ የንግድ ምልክቱን እና ተያያዥ ስራዎችን ለመስራት ከታዋቂ የሀገር ውስጥ እና የውጭ አማካሪ ድርጅቶች ጋር ባደረገው ውስን የጨረታ ውድድር አሸናፊውን ድርጅት ከመረጠ በኋላ ላለፉት 11 ወራት ምርምር ሲያደርግ ቆይቷል።
በዚህም መሰረት በናይሮቢ፣ምስራቅ አፍሪካ ኬንያ የሚገኘው ብራንድ ኢንቴግሬትድ የውጭ አማካሪ (የሪብራንዲንግ አማካሪ) ተመርጦ ከድርጅታችን ጋር ውል ተፈራርሞ ቅዳሜ ጥቅምት 19 ቀን 2015 በአዲስ መልክ ፕሮጀክቱን በይፋ መስራት ጀመረ።ከ11፡ ጀምሮ፡ ከጠዋቱ 00 ሰአት በሂልተን አዲስ ሆቴል የኩባንያው ዋና ደንበኞች እና ባለአክሲዮኖች፣ ታዋቂ ግለሰቦች እና የክብር እንግዶች ተገኝተው አዲሱን ብራንድ (ሎጎ) በደማቅ ስነ ስርዓት ያስመርቃል። አዲሱን የምርት ስም ቃል ለተጠቃሚው ማህበረሰብ በአዲስ መልክ ያስተዋውቃል።
ድርጅታችን በአሁኑ ወቅት በተጠቃሚው ማህበረሰብ ተመራጭ እና ተወዳዳሪ በመሆኑ የአስር አመት ስትራቴጂክ እቅዱን በስኬት ለማጠናቀቅ እየተሰራ ያለውን የአስር አመት ስትራቴጂክ እቅድ በማዘመን አገልግሎቱን ተደራሽ ያደርገዋል።

The paid up capital of the company at the close of the financial year i.e. It reached more than 754.88 million Birr on June 30, 2021.
In addition, based on our company’s vision to become a competitive and preferred company in East Africa, we have successfully completed the 10-year Strategic Roadmap, Transforming AIC: Vision 2030. It is announced that it will be implemented from July 1, 2021. It is believed that this ten-year master plan will elevate the company from its current national status to become strong and competitive in East Africa.

Starting from July 1, 2021, it has started offering to our customers. In addition to the General Insurance Information System (GIIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) that the company has already developed, in this fiscal year, by working with foreign consulting firms, the Life and Health Insurance Information System (LHIS) has been upgraded, tested, and confirmed its reliability and updated its service delivery. He managed to succeed. Therefore, by successfully implementing the general insurance information system technology, for the first time in the history of the insurance industry in our country, achieving a successful and very satisfactory result and modernizing the system, all departments, branches and liaison offices are using the information technology system to provide integrated and efficient services to the user community. The number of employees has reached more than 600 and the number of branches with link offices has increased in 2010. He reached 59 on June 30/2021.
